Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your new Kivira Bujo-Maker. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original components (printer, cable, original paper rolls), and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiation Process

To start a return, you must contact us first at orders@kivira.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Casuarina 282, Surquillo. Lima, Perú. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs (CRITICAL CLAUSE)

  • Our Error (Defective or Wrong Item): If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Buyer's Remorse: If the return is for a change of mind or style preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used Consumables: We cannot accept returns on thermal paper rolls that have been opened, unsealed, or used. If your bundle is returned with used paper rolls, the retail value of those rolls will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Final Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
