Thank you for shopping with KIVIRA. We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders placed within the United States. Our goal is for you to receive your new thermal printer quickly and securely.

1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We currently only ship within the United States. All orders qualify for our FREE Standard Shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the estimated transit time for your order is 5-10 business days. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

2. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

3. Shipping Addresses and Re-Shipment

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we will contact you, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the tracking status shows that the package has been "Delivered" to the address provided, KIVIRA is no longer responsible for the package. If you suspect your package was stolen, we will assist you by providing all necessary tracking information so that you may file a claim with the carrier or local police.
